Terms of service

These are the Terms of Service for the Company Atoma AS, hereunder our website, our app and additional services for managing family activities (hereinafter 2homes). This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the conditions of use on which you may make use of this website, the 2homes app or additional services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by us whether as a guest or a registered member. These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between Atoma and you as a user. By continuing the use of our app/website or services you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and that you enter into a binding Agreement with Atoma.
Atoma may modify the Terms of Service from time to time so make sure that you are up to date by checking this page.
1. Introduction
Our service 2homes is a tool for families to make communications, logistics and accounting between divorced parents much easier.
2. Membership
In order to use the service as a member you must register as a user and create your own profile.
In order to use our Services, You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration requirements, and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
We process personal information about you regarding your profile and other information you share with us through the service in accordance with our privacy policy. For any questions about this, please contact us via support@2homes.com
3. Termination
End user can terminate the Agreement by closing and deleting their membership-account in 2homes. To close account please login to your 2homes account and go to my profile. There will be a button to delete account or you can contact support@2homes.com
You may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason at all, at your convenience, by closing your account for any Service for which we provide and account closing mechanism.
2homes may suspend end users’ account or terminate this Agreement in its entirely, for cause effective as set forth below:
Immediately upon 2homes notice to end user if:
- End user violates any provision of the Agreement, or
- 2homes determines, in its sole direction, that 2homes’s provisions and Services is prohibited by applicable law, or has become impractical or unfeasible for any legal or regulatory reason.
4. Disclaimers
THE USE OF 2HOMES AND THE SERVICES THEREIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. 2HOMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES, EXPRESSLY, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (UNLESS PROVIDED BY MANDATORY LEGAL PROVISIONS) UNLESS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN ADDITION, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, QUALITY, SUITABILITY OR AVAILABILITY OF 2HOMES AND THE SERVICES THAT ARE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH USE OF 2HOMES, OR THAT THE SERVICES AND THE USE OF 2HOMES WILL HAVE NO DELAYS, OR OTHERWISE BE ERROR-FREE.
END USER AGREES THAT THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF END USER’S USE OF ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES THROUGH 2HOMES, REMAINS SOLELY WITH END USER, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THIS IS PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

6. Proprietary/ Intellectual Property Rights
2homes and all rights belonging to Atoma AS, are and shall remain 2homes’s property, or the property of 2homes’s affiliates
7. Law and Venue
These Terms of Service are governed by Norwegian legislation currently in force. Any disputes arising out of or in connection to these Terms of Service or other related to our service should be solved amicably.
If the parties cannot come to an agreement, the legal venue for the dispute should be the Courts of Norway.
